Time is God’s creation

As I prepared to share my learnings from the study of time and how best to use our time, I knew that I had to start at the very beginning. Why do we have time? What is the purpose of time? Did you know that God created time? Check out Genesis 1 for yourself.

God, on Day 1, separated the light from the darkness and called the light day and the darkness night.

Why is this significant to know?

God is not controlled by any of His creation– and this includes time. He exists and operates outside of our time. God has an eagle eye’s view of all time- the past, present and future- all at the same time! I encourage you to sit and just meditate on these facts.

In future articles, I will be expanding on this study of time and how we can redeem our time.
